Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Vanilla Pudding Mix (the powder not prepared)
2 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp Yeast
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips (Chilled)

1. Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to bread machine as per manufactures instructions.

2. Set on Basic White Light Crust. Add 1-2 additional Tbsp water/flour if needed after 5-10 minutes of kneading.

3. When timer beeps to add nuts, berries, etc. Add Chocolate Chips. If your machine does not have this feature add Chocolate Chips once dough is nicely kneaded together.

This bread was heavenly! The chocolate chips over powered the peanut butter flavor a little and I will probably decrease the amount to 1/2 cup next try, but this is a definite winner in our home. I envision this hot out of the oven topped it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Too bad we didn't have any and I was too impatient to run out and buy some.
