Ingredients:
1/2 cup Water
6oz. Velveeta Cheese
2-3 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Salsa
2 tbsp Sugar
2 cups Bread Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 Onion finely chopped
2 teaspoons Yeast
1. Melt Velveeta, milk, and salsa together.
2. Once melted place all ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufactures instructions.
3. Bake on Whole Wheat cycle if available.
Optional: Prior to the last rise spread melted butter over the top of loaf and sprinkle with dried onion flakes.
I have been playing around with my new bread machine trying to come up with my own recipes. Today I made this bread and it turned out really nice and light. I served it with homemade turkey soap and it was extremely filling. It makes a VERY large loaf.
