A New take on Cornbread

This bread makes a great addition to chili or other South Western dish.

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp Milk
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Creamed Corn
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Green Pepper (Finely Chopped)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/3 Cups Bread Flour
2/3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Meal
1 1/2 tsp. Yeast


Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into bread machine following manufacturers instructions.

2. Select Basic White Light Crust Cycle or Similar on your machine.

3. Monitor bread after about 10 minutes of kneading and add an additional 1-2 Tbsp. Milk if needed.
