4-6oz. Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) $0.83
2 Cups Milk $0.50
3 TBSP Flour
3 TBSP Butter (melted)
Paprika to taste
Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350
- Thinly slice vegetables.
- Layer 1/2 of vegetables in a large casserole dish.
- Spread 1/2 Cheese and ALL of Turkey, shredded, in middle.
- Layer remaining vegetables.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- In small bowl stir together milk, butter, and flour and pour over vegetables.
- Season to taste
- Place covered in oven and allow to cook for 1 hour.
